Painting booth installation for a composite sanitary ware factory

🔹 General description
At a factory producing composite sanitary ware in Luduș, Mureș County, Sanu Vent designed and installed a complete system of painting booths for the primary painting section.
The installation ensures a controlled, clean, and safe working environment, optimized for applying gelcoat and decorative paints to products such as bathtubs, sinks, and other sanitary elements.
🔹 System components
1️⃣ General structure
The booths are constructed from durable steel panels, with a modular design that is easy to maintain and adaptable to the production space.
2️⃣ Air filtration
The filtration system is equipped with corrugated cardboard front filters (labyrinth type), designed for efficient capture of sprayed paint particles, significantly reducing air pollution inside the hall.
3️⃣ Ventilation and extraction
Each booth is equipped with an exhaust fan mounted on metal ductwork, which ensures controlled flow of stale air to the outside.
The collecting ducts direct the evacuated air outside the production space, complying with safety and environmental standards.
4️⃣ Compensation air
The system includes a plenum for introducing filtered air, equipped with additional filters for:
- maintaining a constant flow of clean air;
- compensating for the evacuated volume;
- ensuring a balanced pressure inside the booth.
5️⃣ Integrated lighting
Each workstation has lighting fixtures mounted above the spraying area, providing optimal visibility and perfect visual control of the painting process.
