produzione industriale di calzature, il processo tecnologico di incollaggio prevede l\u2019uso di adesivi che generano emissioni di composti organici volatili, noti come COV.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per ridurre l\u2019impatto di queste emissioni sull\u2019ambiente e migliorare i parametri di funzionamento dell\u2019impianto esistente, Sanu Vent ha progettato e realizzato una fase aggiuntiva di filtraggio dell\u2019aria di scarico.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La soluzione tecnica \u00e8 stata integrata nell\u2019impianto di aspirazione esistente e dimensionata in modo da garantire un\u2019efficace ritenzione dei composti organici volatili generati durante il processo di produzione.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I componenti principali dell\u2019impianto<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\ufe0f\u20e3 Filtro a carbone attivo<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il componente principale della soluzione \u00e8 un filtro industriale a carbone attivo, progettato per catturare e trattenere i composti organici volatili presenti nel flusso d\u2019aria in uscita.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La filtrazione con carbone attivo si basa sul processo di adsorbimento, grazie al quale le molecole inquinanti vengono trattenute sulla superficie del materiale filtrante prima che l\u2019aria venga espulsa all\u2019esterno.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2\ufe0f\u20e3 Sistema con 30 cartucce filtranti<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019unit\u00e0 di filtrazione \u00e8 dotata di 30 cartucce, ognuna delle quali contiene 30 kg di carbone attivo.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La quantit\u00e0 totale di materiale adsorbente utilizzato nell\u2019impianto \u00e8 di 900 kg, garantendo un\u2019elevata capacit\u00e0 di ritenzione dei composti organici volatili e un funzionamento efficiente nelle condizioni specifiche del processo tecnologico.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3\ufe0f\u20e3 Ventilatore centrifugo da 11 kW<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019integrazione del filtro a carbone attivo ha causato un aumento delle perdite di pressione nell\u2019impianto di aspirazione.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per compensare queste perdite e mantenere la portata d\u2019aria necessaria, il ventilatore esistente \u00e8 stato sostituito con un ventilatore centrifugo da 11 kW.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il nuovo ventilatore \u00e8 stato dimensionato in modo da garantire il funzionamento ottimale dell\u2019intero sistema, anche dopo l\u2019introduzione della fase di filtraggio aggiuntiva.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4\ufe0f\u20e3 Integrazione nell\u2019impianto di aspirazione esistente<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La soluzione \u00e8 stata adattata alla configurazione tecnica gi\u00e0 esistente, senza interferire con il normale flusso di produzione.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grazie all\u2019integrazione del filtro con il nuovo gruppo di ventilazione, l\u2019impianto \u00e8 in grado di mantenere i parametri necessari per l\u2019aspirazione e lo scarico dell\u2019aria, garantendo al contempo la riduzione della concentrazione di COV.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scopo e vantaggi dell\u2019impianto<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grazie all\u2019installazione del filtro a carbone attivo, le emissioni di composti organici volatili prodotte durante il processo di saldatura sono state ridotte in modo significativo.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019installazione contribuisce a:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>riduzione delle emissioni di composti organici volatili;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>migliorare la qualit\u00e0 dell\u2019aria di scarico;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mantenimento delle prestazioni dell\u2019impianto di aspirazione;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adattare del sistema alle esigenze del processo tecnologico;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la tutela dell\u2019ambiente;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>migliorare le condizioni generali di esercizio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risultati del progetto<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con questo progetto, Sanu Vent ha realizzato una soluzione completa per il filtraggio dell\u2019aria di scarico all\u2019interno di una linea di assemblaggio di calzature.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019integrazione del filtro con 900 kg di carbone attivo e la sostituzione del ventilatore esistente con un ventilatore centrifugo da 11 kW hanno permesso di ridurre le emissioni di composti organici volatili, senza compromettere le prestazioni dell\u2019impianto di aspirazione.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il risultato \u00e8 un sistema affidabile ed efficiente, adattato alle esigenze del processo industriale e pensato per ridurre l\u2019impatto
