stabilimento di produzione di conserve alimentari nella contea di Ialomi\u021ba, Sanu Vent ha progettato e realizzato un impianto completo per la raccolta e lo smaltimento del vapore generato nella zona di scottatura delle verdure.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il processo tecnologico produce grandi quantit\u00e0 di vapore e umidit\u00e0 che, se non vengono evacuate in modo efficace, possono compromettere le condizioni di lavoro, le attrezzature e gli elementi strutturali del capannone di produzione.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La soluzione implementata garantisce la raccolta del vapore direttamente sopra la vasca di scottatura, il suo trasporto attraverso una rete di tubazioni e lo scarico controllato sopra l\u2019edificio.<\/p>\n<div data-height=\"max\" data-toolbar=\"bottom\" data-toolbar-fixed=\"off\">Desen-instalatie<\/a><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I componenti principali dell\u2019impianto<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\ufe0f\u20e3 Cappa industriale in acciaio inossidabile per uso alimentare<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019impianto \u00e8 dotato di una cappa aspirante realizzata interamente in acciaio inossidabile per uso alimentare, con dimensioni di <strong>5,5 \u00d7 2 metri<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cappa \u00e8 stata posizionata sopra la vasca di scottatura e dimensionata in modo da aspirare efficacemente le grandi quantit\u00e0 di vapore generate durante il processo tecnologico.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sua forma e il suo posizionamento permettono di limitare la dispersione del vapore nell\u2019area di produzione e di convogliarlo verso il sistema di scarico.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2\ufe0f\u20e3 Rete di tubazioni in acciaio inossidabile<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il vapore raccolto viene convogliato all\u2019esterno attraverso una rete di tubazioni realizzata interamente in acciaio inossidabile per uso alimentare.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In base alla configurazione tecnica dell\u2019impianto, i raccordi di raccolta hanno un diametro di <strong>\u00d8450 mm<\/strong> e sono collegati a un tratto intermedio di <strong>\u00d8600 mm<\/strong> e successivamente alla conduttura principale di scarico di <strong>\u00d8750 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tubazione \u00e8 dimensionata per garantire un trasporto efficiente del flusso d\u2019aria e per ridurre il rischio di formazione di condensa e di accumuli di umidit\u00e0 lungo il percorso.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3\ufe0f\u20e3 Ventilatore centrifugo da 18,5 kW<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo scarico del vapore avviene tramite un ventilatore centrifugo GGE 802, con una potenza installata di <strong>18,5 kW<\/strong> e una velocit\u00e0 di <strong>1.400 giri\/min<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il ventilatore \u00e8 stato scelto e dimensionato per garantire una portata d\u2019aria totale di <strong>29.700 m\u00b3\/h<\/strong>, necessaria per aspirare efficacemente il vapore su tutta la superficie della cappa.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il gruppo di ventilazione mantiene la depressione necessaria nell\u2019impianto e garantisce lo scarico costante dell\u2019aria carica di vapori.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4\ufe0f\u20e3 Lo scarico dell\u2019aria sopra l\u2019edificio<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La rete di tubazioni trasporta l\u2019aria carica di vapore fino al livello del tetto, dove viene scaricata in modo controllato sopra l\u2019edificio.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il tracciato \u00e8 stato progettato per garantire una corretta dispersione dell\u2019aria di scarico e per limitare il ricircolo dei vapori verso gli spazi di produzione.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5\ufe0f\u20e3 Realizzato interamente in acciaio inossidabile per uso alimentare<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019intero impianto \u2014 cappa, tubazioni, alloggiamento del ventilatore, telaio di supporto e turbina \u2014 \u00e8 realizzato in acciaio inossidabile per uso alimentare.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019uso di questo materiale offre:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>elevata resistenza alla corrosione e all\u2019umidit\u00e0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>durata nel tempo anche in condizioni di utilizzo intensivo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la possibilit\u00e0 di pulirlo e mantenerlo facilmente;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conformit\u00e0 ai requisiti specifici del settore alimentare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>resistenza alle temperature e ai vapori generati durante il processo tecnologico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scopo e vantaggi dell\u2019impianto<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grazie all\u2019installazione del sistema di raccolta e scarico, il vapore viene prelevato direttamente dalla zona di generazione e smaltito prima che si diffonda nel capannone di produzione.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019installazione contribuisce a:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ridurre l\u2019umidit\u00e0 in eccesso nell\u2019area di lavoro;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>migliorare la visibilit\u00e0 e il comfort degli operatori;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ridurre la formazione di condensa sulle superfici e sulle apparecchiature;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proteggere le attrezzature e gli elementi strutturali del capannone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mantenere condizioni igieniche adeguate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lo scarico controllato di una portata fino a 29.700 m\u00b3\/h;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>il rispetto dei requisiti specifici dei processi dell\u2019industria alimentare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risultati del progetto<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con questo progetto, Sanu Vent ha fornito un impianto completo e sostenibile per la gestione del vapore prodotto durante il processo di scottatura delle verdure.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cappa industriale di grandi dimensioni, le tubazioni interamente in acciaio inossidabile e il ventilatore centrifugo da 18,5 kW formano un sistema unico, in grado di catturare ed evacuare in modo efficiente le elevate quantit\u00e0 di vapore generate durante la produzione.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il risultato \u00e8 un ambiente di lavoro pi\u00f9 sicuro e meglio controllato, oltre a una maggiore protezione per le attrezzature e le infrastrutture dello stabilimento.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
