DE JOASA MEDIE  INALTA PRESIUNE – PENTRU AER CU PRAF

APLICATII

ventilatoare centrifugale GGM descrise in prezentul catalog sunt potrivite pentru aspirare de aer cu mult praf si cu diverse materiale in suspensie.

Principala caracteristica a acestor ventilatoare centrifugale este aceea ca asociaza randamentul ridicat (derivat din instalarea unei turbine cu pale curbate si profil special) cu aspirare de praf si materiale granulate.

Aceste ventilatoare centrifugale GGM sunt caracterizate de o curba a puterii foarte lina pentru a nu supraincarca motorul nici atunci cand functioneaza la debit maxim.

Se instaleaza la fabricile din industria lemnului pentru transport de rumegus si talas de lemn, excludere de materiale filamentoase, in industria mecanica pentru aspirare de la debavurari si polizari metalice, transport pneumatic in industria cimentului, in ceramica.

In industria de morarit si panificatie, in industria textila, chimica si in general in toate aplicatiile unde este necesar transport de aer nociv cu joasa si medie presiune.

Temperatura aerului nociv aspirat nu trebuie sa depaseasca 80 ºC.

Pentru temperaturi superioare este necesar a se face niste modificari la constructia ventilatorului.

INSTALARE

Ventilatoarele din aceasta serie sunt facute dupa normele internationale EUROVENT.
Sensul de rotatie a turbinei si pozitia gurii de iesire sunt referite privind ventilatorul din latul motorului.
Ventilatoarele GGM pot fii construite in 16 pozitii diverse ale gurii de iesire (8 cu sens de rotatie orar RD si 8 cu sens de rotatie antiorar LG).

CARACTERISTICI TEHNICE

Ventilatorul cu carcasa din tabla de otel OL 37 sudata si intarita, turbina cu pale curbate din tabla de otel OL 37 sudata si echilibrata dinamic.
Baza pentru motor este din tabla profilata OL 37 legata la carcasa ventilatorului, gura aspiranta si gura de iesire sunt facute dupa DIN 24154-24158 serie 4.

MOTORUL

Pe ventilatoarele din aceasta serie se monteaza motoare asincron trifazate si monofazate, constructie inchisa, ventilatie externa, protectie externa, protectie IP 54, forma B3, conform normelor internationaleUNEL-MEC.

DEBIT SI PRESIUNE

Caracteristicile scrise in tabel sunt facute la o temperatura de 15 ºC , o presiune barometrica de 750 mm/Hg si o greutate specifica de 1226 kg/m³.

ZGOMOT

Valorile de presiune (ventilatoare centrifugale)sonora sunt exprimate in decibeli (dB/A) scala A si sunt masurate in camp liber la 1,5 m de ventilator care functioneaza la un debit maxim legat la tubulatura de aspirare a aerului.
