The ASM series mobile vacuum cleaners, manufactured by SA NU VENT, are designed for retaining impurities, dust, and particles generated by equipment and machine tools, especially where the installation of fixed extraction systems is not possible.
Through their modular and efficient construction, these devices offer flexibility, performance, and reliability in various working conditions, making them ideal for workshops, production lines, and spaces with high mobility.
Operating principle
The integrated fan draws polluted air from the equipment through the suction port and directs it into the metal casing, where:
- Large particles and solid debris fall into the polyethylene collection bags;
- The loaded air passes through the cotton or polyester filter bags, which retain fine dust;
- The exhausted air exits clean and filtered, complying with safety and environmental protection standards.
This dual filtration system ensures efficient air purification and a clean and safe working environment for operators.
Construction and technical characteristics
ASM mobile vacuum cleaners are available in four size types – with one, two, three, or four bags – to adapt to different flow and space requirements.
- Casing: made of corrosion-resistant galvanized sheet metal;
- Filter bags: made of cotton (350 g/m²) or polyester (400 g/m²), dimensions Φ500×1500 mm;
- Collection bags: made of polyethylene, dimensions Φ500×1000 mm;
- Fan: integrated centrifugal, with high efficiency;
- Additional option: automatic bag cleaning system, available on request;
- Modular design: allows for easy replacement of components in case of wear or expansion;
- Custom versions: can be made in atypical sizes, with dedicated accessories.
Installation and use
ASM vacuum cleaners are placed near the served equipment, connecting to the suction connections through rigid ductwork (galvanized sheet metal) or flexible ductwork.
They can be used for:
- Sanding and polishing tables;
- Mobile extraction arms;
- Suction booths;
- Various machine tools.
Thanks to high mobility and low noise level, ASM vacuum cleaners can be quickly moved between workstations, maintaining constant extraction efficiency.
