The CVS series spray booths are designed for efficient capture of paint particles and dust, ensuring a clean, safe, and controlled working environment.
They are made in a modular construction and are the ideal solution for paint shops, the automotive industry, metal processing, furniture, and other similar applications.

By combining a high-performance filtration system with high-capacity ventilation, CVS booths contribute to improving finish quality and protecting operator health.

Design Features

Modular construction: allows for quick installation and adaptation of dimensions to the available space;

Galvanized sheet metal panels: offer corrosion resistance and an extended lifespan even in high-humidity environments;

Two-stage filtration:

• Corrugated cardboard labyrinth filter – retains coarse paint and dust particles;
• Fiberglass filter – captures fine particles, ensuring purification of the evacuated air;

Variable widths between 1 m and 6 m, adaptable for small or industrial-sized jobs.

Operating principle

Contaminated air is drawn through the booth’s front filtration system.

• In the first stage, the labyrinth filter retains large paint and dust particles.
• In the second stage, the fiberglass filter captures fine particles, resulting in efficiently cleaned air that is safely evacuated.

This method maintains finish quality, reduces the rework rate, and ensures operator protection.
