The FP series industrial filters, manufactured by SA NU VENT, are designed to retain fine dust and impurities resulting from technological processes, providing an efficient and reliable solution for air purification in complex industrial environments.
Thanks to the automatic self-cleaning system with compressed air, the filter cartridges maintain their constant performance, reducing maintenance costs and ensuring a stable and clean air flow.
Operating principle
The contaminated air is drawn into the filter’s inlet compartment, where the flow velocity decreases, allowing partial deposition of large particles.
The loaded air passes through the filter cartridges, which retain fine dust on the outer surface. At predetermined intervals, the pneumatic self-cleaning system releases short bursts of compressed air inside the cartridges, detaching the dust deposits.
The collected particles fall into the hopper under the housing and are discharged into dedicated containers, maintaining filtration efficiency without stopping the equipment.
Construction and technical characteristics
FP filters are made of high-quality materials, resistant to wear and pressure variations, and are designed for continuous use in demanding industrial conditions.
