Production line for ecological organic fertilizers

Sanu Vent Project – Crizbav, Brașov County

🔹 General description

The production line in Crizbav, Brașov County, is designed to produce 100% ecological organic fertilizers, using poultry manure mixed with organic materials such as straw, sawdust, peat, and seed husks as raw materials.
The resulting mixture undergoes heat treatment at 600–700°C for sanitization, sterilization, and transformation into the finished product – solid organic fertilizer.

Production capacity: 7.5 tons/day (dry fertilizer)

🔹 Ventilation and exhaust air treatment system

To protect the environment and improve working conditions, the line is equipped with a complete system for dedusting, purifying, and deodorizing exhaust air, designed and executed by Sanu Vent.

1️⃣ Stainless steel ductwork and accessories

Piping network resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, used for capturing and transporting exhaust air.

2️⃣ Two dust separation cyclones

Equipment for retaining solid particles, each equipped with a metering airlock for controlled dust discharge.

3️⃣ Screw conveyor

Mechanical system that collects dust from the cyclones and reintroduces it into the technological flow, fully utilizing the material.

4️⃣ Scrubber (gas scrubber)

Purification equipment that washes gases and captures odorous compounds, eliminating unpleasant odors.

5️⃣ Process fan

Ensures the circulation of exhaust air through the entire system, maintaining optimal pressure for passage through cyclones and the scrubber.
