The GGE series centrifugal fans, manufactured by SA NU VENT, are designed for extracting and transporting clean or slightly dusty air, offering high performance and stability in various industrial applications.

These fans are ideal for low or medium pressure ventilation and exhaust systems, where a constant and efficient airflow is required.

Industrial applications

GGE centrifugal fans are used in numerous applications:

Extraction of welding fumes and light gases;

General industrial applications requiring low-pressure air transport and temperatures up to 80°C.

Construction and technical characteristics

Casing: OL 37 steel sheet, welded and structurally reinforced;
Impeller: made of OL 37 steel, with precision dynamic balancing;
Motor support: OL 37 metal profile, fixed to the casing;
Suction and discharge ports: compliant with DIN 24154–24158, series 3 standards;
Manufacturing standard: according to international EUROVENT standards;
Discharge positioning: up to 16 different positions – 8 clockwise (RD) and 8 counterclockwise (LG), viewed with the fan facing away from the motor.

Available motors

GGE fans are equipped as standard with three-phase asynchronous motors, closed construction, external ventilation, IP 54 protection, B3 form, according to international standards UNEL–MEC (IEC–DIN 42673).
On request, the fans can also be supplied with flange motors, B5-V1 constructive form, mounted directly on the fan casing (for electric motors with constructive dimensions up to 100).

Performance and acoustics

The operating parameters are determined at 15°C and 750 mmHg, for a specific air weight of 1.226 kg/m³.
Noise levels are measured in free field, at a distance of 1.5 m, for the fan at maximum flow, connected to the suction duct.
Values are expressed in decibels (dB/A), A scale, at a frequency of 1000 Hz.
