Low and medium pressure – for highly dusty air and granular materials

The GGH series centrifugal fans, manufactured by SA NU VENT, are specifically designed for extracting and transporting highly dusty air or air containing granular materials and solid particles.

Through their robust and efficient design, these fans ensure continuous operation, durability, and operational safety in the most demanding industrial environments.

Industrial applications

GGH fans are used in applications requiring pneumatic transport or high-capacity exhaust:

Wood industry – transport of shavings, sawdust, and wood dust;
Metal industry – extraction from deburring, grinding, and polishing;
Cement and ceramics industry – pneumatic transport of powders;
Milling and baking – aeration and handling of light materials;

These devices are ideal for all applications where capturing and transporting contaminated air with low or medium pressure is required, up to a temperature of 80°C (with the possibility of adaptation for higher temperatures), offering silent operation, durability, and superior energy efficiency.

Construction and technical characteristics

Casing: made of OL 37 steel sheet, welded and reinforced;
Impeller: curved blades with special profile, made of OL 37 steel, welded and dynamically balanced;
Motor support: made of OL 37 steel profiles, fixed to the fan casing;
Suction and discharge openings: manufactured according to DIN 24154–24158, series 3 standards;
Manufacturing standard: according to international EUROVENT standards;
Discharge positioning: available in 16 variants (8 clockwise – RD and 8 counterclockwise – LG), viewed looking at the fan from the motor.

Motor and performance

GGH fans are equipped with three-phase asynchronous motors, closed construction, external ventilation, IP 54 protection, form B3, according to UNEL–MEC (IEC–DIN 42673) standards.
The aerodynamic system of the fan is designed for a flat power curve, preventing motor overload even at maximum flow, guaranteeing energy efficiency and durability.

Flow rate, pressure, and acoustics

Technical data is obtained at 20°C and barometric pressure of 750 mmHg (specific weight 1.205 kg/m³).
Noise levels are expressed in decibels (dB/A), measured at a distance of 1.5 m, in free field, for the fan operating at maximum flow and connected to the suction duct.
