🔹 General description

Sanu Vent manufactures and installs professional ductwork for industrial ventilation, designed for transporting air, gases, or particles within extraction, exhaust, dust removal, air filtration, and air treatment systems.
The ductwork is available in circular and rectangular versions, made of galvanized or stainless steel, in insulated and uninsulated options, depending on the specific application.

Each system is individually designed to ensure airtightness, mechanical resistance, optimal airflow, and maximum durability in demanding industrial environments.

🔹 Types of ductwork

1️⃣ Circular ductwork

Constructed from galvanized sheet metal (0.6–1 mm) or stainless steel (0.6–1 mm);
Available in insulated and uninsulated versions, for use in environments with temperature differences or condensation;
Recommended for exhaust systems, general ventilation, dust and smoke transport;
Offers minimal pressure losses and uniform airflow.

2️⃣ Rectangular ductwork

Modular construction, made of galvanized or stainless steel, depending on project requirements;
Can be thermally and acoustically insulated with mineral wool, to reduce noise and condensation;
Ideal for spaces with installation constraints or complex routes;
Ensures constant flow and structural stability in large-scale installations.

🔹 Constructive variants

Each type of ductwork can be:

Insulated – to reduce heat loss, control condensation, and increase energy efficiency;
Uninsulated – for standard applications where no additional thermal protection is required.

Materials used:

Galvanized sheet metal – durability, anti-corrosion protection, and optimal cost;
Stainless steel – resistance to high temperatures and corrosive environments (chemical, food, pharmaceutical).
