Dust extraction and filtration plant for stone splitting guillotines

🔹 General description
In order to efficiently capture the dust generated in the stone splitting process at industrial guillotines, Sanu Vent has realized a complete dust suction and filtration plant, adapted to the specific conditions of the stone processing industry.
The system is designed to significantly reduce dust emissions into the atmosphere, improve working conditions and protect both equipment and personnel in the production area, while ensuring compliance with environmental and occupational safety requirements.
🔹 Main components of the system
1️⃣ Centrifugal fan GGM 562
The GGM 562 centrifugal fan is sized to provide the flow rate and pressure necessary to efficiently transport dust through the piping network;
It ensures stable plant operation and the delivery of particle-laden air to the filtration system.
2️⃣ FPSC 64/2.5 pneumatic bag and canister filter
Designed to separate and trap dust particles resulting from the stone splitting process;
Provides high filtration efficiency and allows clean air to be exhausted to the outside;
Helps maintain a safe working environment and reduce environmental impact.
3️⃣ Galvanized sheet metal tubing network
The installation includes a complete network of piping and fittings, made of galvanized sheet metal;
Sized and configured according to the location of machinery and dust generation points;
Ensures durability and industrial strength.
4️⃣ Capture and connect elements
Suction hoods located directly at the source of dust generation;
Guillotine sub-air, for adjusting and balancing the air flow on each branch of the installation;
Ø200 mm flexible tube, used for machine connection and vibration compensation, ensuring flexibility and safety in operation.
