🔹 General description

For this beneficiary in Hunedoara County, Sanu Vent realized a complete sawdust storage system, integrated into the existing exhaustion plant of the wood processing line. The solution has been designed to meet the need for increased storage capacity and to allow continuous, safe and efficient operation.

Through this implementation, the existing technological flow has been optimized by the controlled collection and accumulation of sawdust from the production process, reducing the frequency of discharge operations and improving material management within the production unit.

🔹 Main installation components

1️⃣ Storage silo with a useful volume of 25 m³
The implemented solution includes a storage silo sized for uniform accumulation of sawdust and efficient use of available space. The useful volume of 25 m³ allows an increased storage capacity, helping to reduce frequent interventions to evacuate the material. The structure of the silo is made of materials resistant to wear and mechanical stresses specific to light granular applications.

2️⃣ Bag filter chamber for 20.000 m³/h
The silo is equipped with a bag filter chamber sized for an airflow of 20.000 m³/h. This ensures efficient separation of fine particles from the airflow and prevents dust emissions into the environment. The filtration system helps to maintain stable operation and meet the environmental requirements for industrial wood processing activities.

3️⃣ Mechanical agitation system to fluidize the material
To avoid the formation of bridges or agglomerations in the stored sawdust mass, the plant is equipped with a mechanical agitation system. Its purpose is to keep the material in a flowing state and allow controlled unloading, without blockages and interruptions in the operating process.

4️⃣ Dedicated mechanism for the controlled discharge of sawdust
Material discharge is achieved through a dedicated discharge system, designed to ensure a constant flow rate and easy adaptation to the transportation or further processing equipment. This component allows for efficient integration of the plant into the existing technological flow and supports the operational continuity of the whole plant.

By implementing this storage system, the beneficiary achieves a more efficient management of the sawdust resulting from the wood processing process, with a direct impact on the organization of the production flow and working conditions.
